You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. (Isaiah 26:3)
Every problem or negative circumstance you face in life is an opportunity for you to exercise your faith to win over it. Do not be discouraged by adverse situations in life, the Lord is with you to take you through it and make sure that you defeat it, instead of it defeating you.
Muscles are developed under pressure. No circumstance in a believer’s life can defeat him or her. Our responsibility as a child of God is to feed on the Word and spend time in His presence which gives us strength and guidance to walk through those circumstances victoriously. Joseph had to walk through adverse situations and come out victorious, next to the pharaoh in authority.
Moses and Israelites just as they were being delivered from slavery had to face the red sea, which the Lord helped them to break-through to deliverance.
Joshua had to walk through the Jordan river to conquer the promised land. Jesus when faced with a storm, subdued it, when encountered with diseases and sickness He healed them. He said, in this world you will have tribulations, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. (John 16:33)
There are some situations which God will navigate you away from, but others He will walk with you through it, just as He walked with Jesus through the death on the cross.
We need to make sure our heart and mind is set on Him, we do that as we decide to walk with Him all the time throughout the day, in constant communication with Him and keep hearing and learning from Him, if we do that, He has promised to keep us in perfect peace (Is 26:3) as we walk through the adverse circumstances and come out as a victor and then as we look back we know the growth that circumstance has produced in us.
It is indeed adventurous to walk with the Lord!
